Sandra K. Kuntz
Sandra K. Kuntz has practiced law at the Mackoff Kellogg law firm for the past 18 years, where she has been shareholder and Vice President. She has recently separated from MK to chase her dream of establishing the first dedicated conflict resolution center in southwest North Dakota operating as Legal Edge Solutions, PLLC.
Ms. Kuntz graduated summa cum laude from UND with a B.S. degree in public administration and received her J.D. degree, with distinction, from UND. She is licensed to practice law in the States of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. She has focused her career in the areas of family law, juvenile defense, real estate, oil and gas, and also currently serves the cities of Medora and Belfield as their municipal attorney. Ms. Kuntz is a qualified neutral for family law, oil and gas, and civil mediation, as well as a certified guardian ad litem, parenting investigator, and parent coordinator. She is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Montana State Bar Association, the State Bar of South Dakota, and the American Bar Association.
When work doesn’t interfere with her fun, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, training horses, gardening, fishing, hunting, and working with kids as a 4H leader.
Bethany Abrams
Bethany Abrams has practiced in both government and private practice since 2003. With a focus in conflict resolution in highly conflicted matters, she brings a new perspective to Legal Edge. Ms. Abrams graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 2003. Highlighted in Ms. Abrams’ experience includes working with Child Support and Enforcement, creditor rights, lending industry issues , domestic conflict resolution, and agricultural conflict resolution. She joins Legal Edge after working as the Administrator of the North Dakota Mediation Service, with the North Dakota Agriculture Department.
In her limited free time, Bethany plays with North Dakota wool, spins it, and knits it into an assortment of fun geekery. She also has an affinity for epic fiction novels. You are forewarned that bringing up either one of these subjects may result in a very long conversation.
Miranda Marx
Miranda Marx is a 2004 graduate of Dickinson High School. In 2008 she completed her associate’s degree in Business from Dickinson State University. She is a mediator and legal assistant with Legal Edge Solution, PLLC. Miranda’s background and experience bring a well rounded approach to client management and procedure. During her free time, Miranda enjoys swimming, boating, Zumba, and reading.
